New Model MS-1210 Series 12" Hydraulic Shear
The compact REC MS-1210 Series of Hydraulic (Alligator) Metal Shears are mighty and quick with a premium hydraulic cylinder that applies over 110 tons of cutting force to easily cut Scrap Metals, Steel, Iron, Copper, Cable and Rebar down to a size more suitable for processing. With a 12” blade and wicked quick cycle time, you’ll make fast work of Bars, Beams, Channels, Flats, Plates and more.
- Foot Pedal Blade Engagement... Automatic single stroke system allows for quick one-off cuts or continuous cycle cutting with per minute cut speeds of 18 (jaw fully open) and 70 (jaw set at 1-½”)
- Hydraulic Cylinder powers 12-½” blade with 110+ tons of cut force to easily cut solid Round Bar up to 2” diameter and Plates up to 12” wide
- Tool-free Adjustable Blade Gate protects blade when not in use and clamps metals to for easier, safer cutting
- Powered to Perform… 10-HP Electric Motor (standard), Gas or Diesel-powered Engines and Dual Motor/Engine Combo units are available
- Ideal for Sorting Facilities and Scrap Yards with limited floor space
